I believe that every human, including you, has the innate ability to heal from trauma and loss, and connect with the path nature intended.

Through nurturing and coaching others over the last five decades, I have found four elements necessary for restoring — or unearthing — your light.

the beauty of nature.

Whether it’s the smell of a forest, the sound of the ocean or the stillness of snow, nature connects us to the peace within each of us. 

the act of surrendering. 

The fact that you are here means you are already on your way. Seeking guidance outside yourself and surrendering to the idea that you can fly further by asking for help is nothing less than lion-like bravery and strength.

staying present.

We live in a world where staying present is more than challenging, but this state of “no-mind” delivers an abundance of joy, serenity and feeling of connectedness. 

feeling supported.

Said in another way, we need love and community. The absence of these forces can and often do lead to loneliness, depression and even substance over-use.
